At our service stations, we train our dealers on safety and environmental procedures to ensure safety at our sites and to minimise the impact of any security or environmental incident that may occur. To give customers a better driving experience, we work hard to offer innovative products and services. Service station dealers and staff are trained to deal with different customer needs and to address complaints. Hotlines are also available for customers to make their suggestions or communicate their concerns directly to the Company.
