We regularly contribute to causes which benefit the underprivileged and needy, and allocate over 35 percent of our annual corporate contributions towards this area.

ExxonMobil has long supported the Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers Charity and Welfare Organisation (BAKTI).  Our annual contribution helps BAKTI to carry out its social and welfare activities which include scholarships for poor students, helping the underprivileged and assisting natural disaster victims.

Our civic contributions also tie-in with a strong spirit of volunteerism among our employees as exemplified by our ExxonMobil Young Entrepreneur (EYE) Program, Community Projects program and our Employee Involvement Program.
